I purchased the dvd decoder pack last week online and have not been able to get a verification to unlock it on our pc at church because we are not connected to the internet. The numbers given redirect you to subscription services not related to Roxio and I have been unable to receive ANY support from Roxio. I have tried everything, even the $1.89 a minute technical help, but I was on hold waiting for them so long that my phone's battery went dead. Any suggestions? blink.gif

I purchased it for Vista and can't remove it even from the registry (or reinstall it because it thinks it's already installed!). No help from support. My suggestion is that you (we) just never, ever buy anything else from Roxio. (I'm going to refuse to pay the credit bill charge, even though it's a small amount). What a terrible company.

Try this (it's actually the clean (un)install procedure for EMC 9 but should also work for cineplayer in Vista)
