I had to uninstall Easy Creator 9 and want to reinstall the software again. I have followed their instructions on doing a clean install with cleaning all files and also the register files. When I do the setup steps all goes well until later on when it ask for a disk? The wording about the box said " Roxio Easy Media Creador 9 Suite Installer info ".
I proceed to put the 2nd disk which contains the extra files and nothing happens, but the return box that keeps asking me for "the disk"? There is only 2 disks in my software box. I have put the main set up disk back in and still this box is asking for a disk comes back again. What disk are they talking about? Am I missing something? I have used this wonderful product all the time for just about all my needs and this is driving me crazy not being able to install it again. Where am I going wrong? Please help!

Make a temporary folder on your computer (the desktop will to)

Copy the contents of the main program disc into that, then do the same with the second (copy it into the same folder and ignore any warnings about overwriting files). Choose custom install and select all

Then run setup.exe inside that folder. If either disc won't copy, then the disc itself is faulty

Probably it's too late to mention it (so it's a warning to others) - but this is a public Forum, searched by google and other search engines, which in turn are searched by spammers seeking to "harvest" emails for spamming purposes. You might want to edit your email out - but google has had hours to pick it up. (It drops by at least every half-hour.)
