Put a support request in 3 times first one over a month ago no response what so ever from them ,what I have now is an unusable program from them that is less than 2 years old. My suggestion buy anything but Roxio!

SO what program do you have and what problems?

You won't here - we aren't Roxio or Sonic and no-one here has a clue what your problem is (or even what software you're using)

Im sure you heard from them, that is why you are here under legacy products flaming.

You more than likely cried when they told you to upgrade to something they do support.
