unable to finish making my DVD with my pictures.
I have that problem for almost 3 weeks. the software was working before.

Please give us some information - you have told us nothing except (my car won't start".
What are you trying to do, what software are you using, etc...
What changes have you made, what updates if the software was working before.

I am using Easy Media Creator 9 since 2007 in the same way. I don't I did update it since.
I select all my pictures + one audio file . My DVD drive is ok with the latest version.
As soon as the system starts compilind Data, it stucks and I have cancel the whole project and start over again.
Same error message appears with or without Audio option

You still have not told us what program you are using. EMC 9 is a suite of many different programs - which one of those are you using? Videowave,myDVD, Photosuite?
Have you tried adding your pictures a few at a time to see if there is problem with one of the pictures? How many pictures are you adding all at once?
What do you mean by "the system start compiling data" and exactly how do you determine the system is "stuck"? When does the error message appear?

What are you system specs, especially video card?
I am not talking about updates to EMC 9, I meant updates with other programs,with XP or installing new programs.
