Recently installed new drive-in my Dell laptop Inspiron 1501 ...Windows Home Basic- drive model# HL-DT-ST DVD+RW GSA-T21N, EMC9 reads "No Drive Detected". WinExplorer has no problem seeing and burning dvds. I've uninstalled and reinstalled EMC9 with updates...still no change. I've search Roxio community for past fixes and none of them works. Please help me.
