The post above to fix the problem with not recognizing drives -Roxio's download link does not work. When I click to download the PX Engine 4.10.28a, it takes me back to the Roxio support page. Any suggestions where I can get a copy of this file?

It works for me, too. Turn off your pop-up blocker, spyware, or whatever, software, and try again.
The problem was Firefox. For some reason when I tried downloading the program using Firefox it would direct me back to the main support page. Weird. After reading this, I tried IE. It downloaded immediately. and fixed the issue I was having.
