See the little down arrow below the window that has that message and below where it asks for the name?? Click it to see all files or just video files.

Hi, In create a DVD. when I add the recorded tv avi file below the file name it has "All media formats" after I highlight the show the file changes to MPEG video files (*.mpg) and cannot be changed to all media formats. I hit save on the left side of the page My Computer is highlighed and message is this has to be converted "yes" then I get a message this program has a problem and has to close. I have done other shows and there hasn't been a problem could it be that it's a show that can' be downloaded?

Do you have a full version of the software, or did you have a stripped down OEM version that came with a DVD burner, or computer?

If you have the real deal version, try VideoWave to create your production. I don't know if it will make a difference, but it is worth a shot.
