sir, i would like to inform that whenever i install Roxio easy media creator 9 home, a messages appears that " All your drives are set to disabled.On this operating system, in order to start Roxio easy media creator 9 you must either physically remove your drive
or enable atleast one drive"
sir i can not understand this instruction. Now what to do to run this software.I would be very greatfull if you guide me.

Please clarify what version you have:

You have posted in the EMC 9 *TRIAL VERSION* forum, is this what you have? or did you just purchase
Easy Media Creator 9 .

Also, this is not Roxio support, were just fellow users like you.

This error is returned by MainrEnu.dll in both EMC 8 and EMC 9.

It happens when your optical drives have been disabled in Windows, and perhaps this is what has happened in your case.

If it has, this is the sort of thing you'll see when you run Windows Device Manager. Here both of my drives have been disabled in Windows.

To re-enable a drive, right-click on its entry in Device Manager, and select Properties. In the General tab, either click on "Enable Device" or use the Device Usage pulldown to set it to "Use this device (enable)" and click OK. You might have to restart Windows afterwards.

Once you have at least one drive enabled, Easy Media Creator should open and run when you tell it to.
