When trying to UNINSTALL (using Add-Remove) or iINSTALL using installation CD, I get messages

Unable to install Installshield Scripting Runtime
Installation Source not available--Photosuite 7 Platinum.msp

HELP !!!!

Try using Windows Installer Cleanup utility.
