Day 1, drag to disk copies files and finalizes disc, day 2, files are copied but error message on finalizing disc. Finalizing component in main program also does not work. It recognizes the disc and that there is some content, until you press the go button, then asks you to insert an appendable disc. Uninstalling and reinstalling has had no effect. A second burning program I possess works OK so it would not appear to be hardware related. Help!

In any case the writing is on the wall – V9 was the last Roxio Suite that had a packet writer! 2 versions have followed and they don't have one…

PW discs to not need any finalizing to be read on any XP or Vista PC. Once Finalized they cannot be written to again.
