I can see my TiVO DVR, but I can't see any recordings on it using TiVO Transfer or TiVO Desktop. I have made sure that I am using the correct MAK and have restarted my TiVO several times to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Take a look and see what shows next to TiVoToGo in the System Information screen on the TiVo. It should show a,a,a
Take a look at your account at www.tivo.com/mma and see if you have transfers enabled.
