When I try to open pictures sent by e-mail, I get a message that the certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install. Since I downloaded the Roxio version I have, I don't have a cd to re-install. When I try to go into Roxio on my computer, I get the same message so I am unable to check and see what version I have. Can somebody help me resolve this issue?

Do you still have the files that you downloaded from Roxio?
