Roxio freezes everytime I try to create a data disc. I run windows xp any ideas?

What program, in the suite are you trying to run? If you got the software, with your Toshiba, you must have gotten it at least 4 years ago, and the software is the Basic version, and there isn't much of anything good in that version.
If it has Creator Classic, in the suite, use that to burn your data disc.
