I am using EMC9 and have since 12/2006. From time to time issues surface and I have to uninstall, clean-up and reinstall to fix one problem. Then, unfortunately, something else seems to go wrong. Do you think it is time to get away from EMC9 and move up to EMC10 or something else ????? Thanks! angry.gif

I don't think the problems you have been periodically experiencing would disappear if you purchased emc10, or the newest product, Creator 2009. Over the weekend I inexplicably experienced a runtime error in Videowave which cured itself with an overnight shutdown. This link describes what Roxio's latest and greatest has to offer. See if it has some bells and whistles you'd really like to have. I'd be surprised if someone will jump in here and say that if you buy Creator 2009 the types of issues you wrote about will be gone forever, so you'll just have to decide for yourself what best fills your needs. rolleyes.gif

Might help if you list the issues you encounter?
