Hi

My Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 came with my desktop PC. I must admit I don't use it too often. When I tried using it last week-end, it just keeps falling over and won't run. I am wondering it if it is incompatible with AVG 8 / AVG 8.5 as I read about that somewhere.

Is there a patch I can download?

No.

You can uninstall the AVG 8.5, and see if that clears up the problem it caused.
