I'm having a problem retrieving some home movies I saved to DVD a few years ago. I insert the first of three disks into my DVD drive and the retrieve 6.1.0.88 retrieve program starts. I select the movie I want to restore and select the blue retrieve button. The application reads the first disk, prompts for the second disk, reads the second disk, prompts for the third disk, starts reading the third disk and then says it can read the AVI file I restoring. This happens with all my saved movies. Is there someway I can retrieve these files?

Not looking too good… It looks as though your Disc 3 has failed.

Oddly if you keep playing, sometimes it will recover.

If you have DVD Movies, you can copy what is on them. Specify your Roxio version.
