How can I get a new cd key, or the old one??(I don't care)
I sent emails to Roxio but got no answer.
The product I purchased was registered in my Roxio account.
Can anyone help me please? I need it so much!!

Use the CD key that is in your Roxio account. If that doesn't work, you are out of luck.
