I used Capture Video to copy the video from my camera and then used VideoWave to edit.
Once I was done I burn using MyDVD.

When I burned the movie and play it., full movie is shaking and it is disturbing.. the original is fine and is clear, but the edit one is not..

why the movie is not playing clear as the original? I hope it makes sense what is happening to my edit movie.


used: DVD+R 8Speed (used 4X)

Computer specs please. Try burning to an ISO file first then copying the ISO to the disc. I hope you are not using Memorex or store brand discs. If so, toss them and get some Verbatim or Taiyo Uniden.

Could you also tell us what setting you are using when you burn the DVD? Also check your render setting under Tools/Options. If set to hardware try software or vice versa.

From what camera (photo, digital or analog camcorder) are you capturing? How is the camera connected, USB or Firewire? To what format are you capturing?

I tried agian by buring to ISO file and then to the disk. and it worked as a charm.
Any ideas why it didn't work in one step?

--Wha do you mean at the Burn Project Option? if yes, I used 4X speed

Also check your render setting under Tools/Options. If set to hardware try software or vice versa.
--Was Hardware, tried software option.. whats the diff? do you know?

I'm glad the ISO worked for you. If you don't use the ISO file method, your computer must render (encode) the video and burn at the same time. If there are other things going on, the computer cannot keep up with everything.

Setting -HQ, fit to disc, etc. Always use HQ and burn to the ISO file. When you copy to the disc, Video Copy and Convert seems to do a better job of compressing the video so that it just fits. Fit to disc seems to compress more than required.

Hardware uses your video card to do the video encoding; software uses the program itself. For the most part, if you have a good video card (not chip) encoding will be faster and the video should be slightly clearer. This is not a hard and fast rule, sometimes software gives faster encoding and a better work.product.

Now you know why I asked you to post your computer specs. Look at what other people have in their signature. Go to the top of this page, click on My Controls, look on the left for edit signature. Put your specs in there. They will show up in all your old and future posts.
