Full Version: BlackBerry Media Manager 9 Install/Config Issue

The ROXIO Media Manager 9 for BlackBerry included with the download of the BB Desktop Manager v4.7 software fails to initiate after install. When launching the software from the PC Start menu, the initial setup hangs and returns a message that is looking for the RCPCORE.MSI file from the CD. Don't have a CD and cannot seem to locate the install package anywhere on the PC's HD. Also tried to uninstall/reinstall but get same result. Thanks for any help!

Have you checked the RIM site for fixes and updates? They handle support for that product.

Yes I checked there 1st. There was no info on this issue and their site refers me to the Roxio site. I'll keep looking. Thanks again!
What about the install disc that came with your BB?
