I have happily used label creator in creator 9 for making disc labels for some time, now, inexplicably, although on the screen the label is how I want it, round and with "grey outside the disc, the text no longer prints. The picture prints square instead of round and no text. I have done a "repair" with the installation disc to no avail.
Oh, I did a test usinga template provided to see what happened and the text appeared on that ok. But I like to use one of the photos and add text myself.
I hope someone can give me an explanation, please.
Larry
First thing everyone needs to know before offering any suggestions, is what product do you actually have.

Easy Media Creator 9 or Creator 2009?

Calling it "Creator 9" implies that you have EMC 9 not Creator 2009.

No problem, now we are in the right area biggrin.gif

Need some more info – paper labels? If so, which ones?

Did you try by creating a blank label first – deleting everything in the basic template.

Use some regular paper until this get settled.

The paper labels I use are Avery J8676. I will have a go at doing a blank one first as you suggest.

Hurrah, thanks Jim.
I deleted all the bits and bobs from the template, printed a blank one, then created one I wanted and test ran it on plain paper. It worked, then I printed one on the Avery paper.
THANK YOU SO MUCH.
