Whenever i start or restart or import pics from camera my comp DAO configurer runs it is really annoying. I think it is from the updates i downloaded for ATI HDTV Wonder. It takes a while to get out of it even if you end the application it also opens an ATI folder.
Can anyone PLEASE tell me a fix for it that will still let me record shows?????

Use the uninstaller in the control panel to remove DAO from your system.....it isn't needed.

Yeah remove DAO. I remember this lunacy with other versions of Roxio. I can't seem to figure out how in the world Roxio doesn't play nice with DAO. You realize the real support area tells you to do some horrible things to fix this problem? You'll spend half your life fixing this problem if you follow their instructions. Just remove the program in Add Remove.

I haven't read your other posts, but did you have a problem after removing DAO?

No not at all, in fact removing DAO fixed the problem. It just seems so odd that it creates all this trouble. I remember it from installing an older version.
