I received a promo email offering creator 2009 at a special price of €29.99
when i click on the buy button the price is not the promo price, but €20 more, but I only want to pay the €29.99

Where do i find the promo code in the email.
on other sites, this kind of "customer service" is automatic

There should be a rebate associated with the promo offer. You pay the higher amount (49) then you send in the rebate form to receive back the rebate amount (20).
