Hi! I get these messages when closing Roxio Creator Plus

The instruction on ”0x00b3ae30” refering memory on ”0x00ff9438”.
The memory could not be ”written”.

What shall I do?

Since it's a "Dell Edition", contact Dell, as they may have had it specially modified just for them.

Since the version number wasn't noted by you, it's hard to say what may really help.
