Hi there. I have just purchased Roxio Creator 2009 online, download went OK, but I noticed during setup that the installation of the Net 3.5 program failed. However, installation of the Roxio program completed. I rebooted as required, but when I try to open the program, it freezes during the online registration process and goes no further. I have tried leaving it for over 5 hr, but nothing happens. Other programs work just fine, and there is no Windows freeze (I am running Win Vista Ultimate). The only way I can get rid of the registration screen is to restart Windows. I have uninstalled Easy CD Creator 9 (which was still installed), unistalled the new Rxio Creator, and done a clean install with my firewall disabled, but exactly the same thing happens. Any ideas before I apply for a refund? Thanks in advance

List you system specs.
Have you totally disabled your antivirus when installing?

Hello grandpabruce: My system is based on a Gigagbyte quad motherboard running an Intel dual core 2.4GHz CPU. I have 2 GB RAM, and my OS is a Windows Vista ultimate SP1. I am sure I totally disabled my Kaspersky 7 firewall while installing the new Creator 2009. Is there anything else about my system you would like me to list? Thanks for replying, and thanks in advance for your help.

You could also try temporarily disconnecting your internet and see if that helps.
