I see a previous post, where no one answered, but I'm trying again.
How do you completely uninstall Popcorn 3?
My program won't run. I've reinstalled but the startup window doesn't open any more.
How do you completely uninstall?
Thanks ahead of time.

There is a popcorn plist file in your User>Library>Preferences folder to drag to the trash along with the Popcorn application itself. Trashing that plist file also may resolve the problem you're having.
Edit: I just read your other post. Since you've never had Popcorn fully launch you may not have that plist file yet. Did you download the latest version of Popcorn from Roxio's software updates page? It is the full application and not just an updater so you don't need any earlier version installed. Just start with the one you download from the updates page. I believe it has some fixes to work with OS 10.5.7 on certain Macs that had compatibility issues with earlier versions.

That did it! Thank you, tsantee!
Deleted that file, reinstalled, unchecked the "mount" option and now the screen is coming up.
The error is the mount in Finder option that comes up when installing. Once installed that way, there was no way to access the program.
Now that it isn't checked as an option, the startup screen comes right up.
Thanks again.

Correction. It worked on my Macbook Pro, but not on my iMac, So I can't run it on my iMac. Any suggestions or thoughts why?
