Are you using the full retail version of EMC 9 Suite or is it an OEM version?

I recently reimaged my computer - and after all the updates were complete, I realized I forgot to reinstall EMC9 (XP Home)
I can no longer print any labels or calibrate

If you are printing to a Lightscribe the did you re-install the Lightscribe system software? http://www.lightscribe.com/downloadSection/index.aspx

Does Roxio see your CD/DVD drive?

yes to all the above.... I have two printers installed... and them come up on the list to choose from.. but calibrate, ok to print and test print are grayed out
I had alot of problems when I first started using it.. I almost threw it in the trash.. now I am thinking again about the same thing..

Are you trying to print to a physical CD/DVD or paper stock? You can't calibrate going to a lightscribe CD/DVD.

Can you print a lable with the software that comes with the printer? What brand/model printers are they?

Use the Lightscribe templates in Lable Creator if you intend on printing to a Lightscribe capable CD/DVD drive. You also need to select that device in Label Creator. When printing to paper stock, select one of your printers.
