Hello. I am using EMC 10 on a desktop computer. It's specs are:
------------------
System Information
------------------
Time of this report: 8/2/2009, 21:25:51
Machine name: CPUDESKTOP
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090206-1234)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: 945GCMX-S2
BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
Processor: Intel® Core™2 CPU 4400 @ 2.00GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2040MB RAM
Page File: 466MB used, 3466MB available
Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
DX Setup Parameters: Not found
DxDiag Version: 5.03.2600.5512 32bit Unicode

my problem is that any dvd i make has the audio & video out of sync. This happens even when I only burn one file to the disc.

When previewing the file in videowave, the audio & sound are fine. The problem seems to only happen when burning the dvd.

I have defragged, run disk clean-up and deleted all unused files on the computer so it can run better, but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

this is happening on material that is captured from video tapes. The capture device is the Dazzle dvc100 that came with the software.

I am using EMC 10 to make the DVD.

Thanks in advance for you're help.

In what format is the captured file? mpeg or avi? Have you tried burning to a folder set or image file first and using Video Copy & Convert to burn to DVD?

The file is in the avi format. I have not tried burning to a folder set or image file & then using Video Copy & convert to burn to DVD. I don't really know what that means.
