Have just finished attempting to install Easy VHS to DVD for the third time. Have followed instructions on the web site and in the forums using a clean install on each occasion. The computer recognises the USB Capture device, the Plug and Burn operates successfully other than the Capture button fails to register.

The video feed, from a home movie, plays successfully in the window but no capture available. It is not copyrighted.

If I select the webcam fitted to the computer it operates successfully with the capture button highlighted.

Have also attempted to use the Capture DVD option as an alternative to Plug and Burn but again - no capture button operable.

Have also downloaded updates from the website to no avail, with the exception of Service Pack 2 which cannot find any software installed.

Running Windows XP Home Edition on AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor, 2 gb RAM, GeForce 7600 card and 500 gb hard drive space.

Struggling to decide what to do next. Any advice or assistance would be welcomed ?
