I have just purchased and installed Roxio Creator 2009 Special Addition and installed it on my netbook running XP.
From the desktop the program will not start. It gives me a windows error.
I unloaded the program and reloaded it and it still wont load.

You're lucky that the software even installed. Your netbook isn't going to run the software.
Try to return the software, or put it on a real computer. Good luck.
