I have poured over the manuals that came with My new Canon 20 that came with the Roxio MyDVD software and still cannot find an answer. I appologize in advance if this is a stupid question, but thought I would pose the question to see if anyone could help me out.
I am trying to upload videos captured from my DVD Camcorder and edited in MyDVD to a website so they can be viewed by others but I don't think the format is compatabile. I am wondering if there is a way to change the format in which the file is saved so it can be uploaded to a site like YouTube and then linked from MySpace.
Any ideas on how to alter the dvd format which is defaulted in MyDVD?
Thanks
Chad

I'm not familiar with the product in question. Normally you would use a Videowave (Not MyDVD) to output to other file formats. Check to see if your version has a way to output to FILE.

The manual says Sonic MyDVD 6. What version would you recommend?

That version is a Sonic product before they merged with Roxio. You would have to go to
www.sonic.com for help. They don't have a user forum, but you should be able to email tech support. It's been a long time since I've seen MyDVD6, but I don't recall it having the ability to output to a file.
