I'm having a problem getting the Fit-To-DVD to work for a disc I want to burn. It is an 8.54 GB .iso DVD disc image. I put it in RTT 9 and set it to burn the image to a DVD-RW using the Fit-To-DVD feature because the image is really for a DVD-DL disc. Of course it could be that I have 47 hours of video within the .iso with no menus just 38 chapters. But that shouldn't matter right? Or am I going way overboard with the amount of video. I just want to know if I can burn it or not.

There is a minimum bit rate that Toast can requantize (compress) to with its Fit-to-DVD process. Also, I believe the source video must be full resolution and have compressed audio (either MPEG or AC-3). Your description has me believing there is too much content in your source.

Yeah I kind of went crazy trying to get three seasons of my Lost collection on one DVD-RW. I initially created the DVD using Visual Hub set to Force Dual Layer to get the best resolution possible. The DVD .iso actually turned out watchable but not great. I'm sure RTT9 probably would have had to cut the resolution in half to fit on a DVD-RW making the video a random assortment of pixels and thus unwatchable.
Thanks for your advice tsantee.
