I'm not sure this is related but after I installed an external hard drive and moved picture and data files to that drive, when I now try to copy a disc the program does not recognize any of my cd burners. I get the message "CreatorAPI can't see all cdroms in the system" and "Disc copier could not locate a supported CD-ROM reader". Any ideas?

I'm assuming that Windows see those drives. Try the items in this Kb article but start with the PX Engine Update.
