I took this program off my Windows Vista Acer Aspire 5570Z Laptop.I was getting a error when I tried to run the program I looked on the support but I guess there is no longer any support for your product. I have CD-R audio disk I want to burn but I cant seem to get the program installed and working I was using the program before so I was wondering if having a different program for CD/DVD Burning have anything to do with the program error. I think it had to do with the write mode of Easy CD & DVD I am using Image Burn but I would rather use the CD/DVD program that I brought from Wal Mart which is this program it is much easier to use and I dont have to wonder if the CD is going to play in my car. From what I understand I have to make a cue file then burn that image file to my CD-R is that correct and will Image burn work that way? I am confused about this process I am using Filehog.com Video-DVD Maker right now that came with Mnage burn which I upgraded to the current version. Now can I use my Easy CD/DVD Roxio program or am I going to keep getting a error when I install the program it tells me I need to update a file and there is no suppirt for this program So wjhat do I do? all I want to do is burn MP3 files to a mastered CD-r that will play in my CD car player.

Hi Frank,

There are no updates for "Easy CD & DVD Burning". It was a one-off product from three years back, and there were no updates planned or produced.

If you are getting a program error it's quite likely that you are getting conflicts with your other burning software. You should really only have one set of writing software installed at a time because programs are not designed to live peacefully with competition products. You will probably have to choose between your old Roxio program and the one you're using at the moment. Your choice now.
