I've just installed Creator 10 on my Vista O/S.

When I open the program, click on Video Copy & Convert, and choose a video file for burning, a window comes up saying 'Creating DVD ... 8%', and nothing else happens. When I click on Cancel, a message says 'please wait', but nothing happens. The only way out is to restart the computer.

When I open the program, click on Create DVD, choose a video file for burning, and choose burn, the program works fine.

I'm familiar with Video Copy & Convert from using Creator 9, where I had no problems.

I've read some of the posts concerning problems with Creator 10. It appears the program has a high number of problems

Easy Media Creator 9, Creator 2009, Easy Media Creator 10, and Creator 2010. Four different programs. Pick the one(s) you are talking about.

It's Creator 2010 that I've just installed. The references to '10' are '9' should have been 2010 and 2009. Sorry.

Try setting it to File/Folder and see what happens.

If the same thing try it with a different clip.
