I bought this on EBay from a supposedly reputable seller.
However it turns out to be "trial version only' and despite reloading it only works for a day or two.
The seller sees this as my problem claiming previous Sonic software on my computer causes a problem and has refused to replace it.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

Maybe… Maybe not.

But until you can tell us the actual name of the product it’s anybody’s guess…

The only Trial was EMC 9 and you have posted in the Creator 2009 area.

The "Trial Version" error ONLY appears in Easy Media Creator 9 or software budded off EMC9.

When this topic is moved to the correct forum, have a look at the pinned post at the top of the forum page for all the information on what causes the error and how to fix it.

If this is a trial version then you got ripped off since the EMC 9 trial version was free. Selling it would be illegal, I believe, according to the license.

There was a known problem with EMC9 and over-enthusiastic registry cleaners which did cause that to happen, but if you can go to Help, Aboout and tel is the build and rev number of the software, we will be able to identify if it is the trial or the retail version
