I have more bad probelms, Roxio Cineplayer is conflicting with Toshiba Valueadd On pack in my Toshiba Qosmio F50 laptop.
That cause my vista home premium won't load and only can enter safe mode, please help me

NVidia 9600 GT
4 GB DDR2 RAM

What makes you think it is Roxio that is the problem?

Beause when I play an avi media the istaller request roxio disk to istall/configuring cineplayer then after I insert the disk and play the movie, when the vista is shutdown and I try to login again, my vista fail to startup and can only enter safe mode. So in my case not roxio make the problem but cineplayer V5 that bundled with it.
What make me sure is becuase the last thing I do is inserting roxio disk to configure cineplayer before I shutdown and then the vista startup is fail and I can only enter safe mode
