A few weeks ago I updated my system to accommodate Vista Service Pack 2. My CD/ DVD burner ceased to be recognised by the system. I fixed that having spent the equivalent of two man days trying to fixe it. Now elements of Roxio Creator 9 do not work. Roxio cannot see the DVD burner at all. I have uninstalled the software and re-installed and that proved difficult only succeeding at the 6th attempt. I searched the support web site in vain for a fix. I'm not very technical but after many problems with Vista, I'm contemplating a switch to Apple. Has anyone else experienced this sort of problem which they have been able to fix??

PX Engine 4.18.16a is a update not a full installer you'll need pxengine3_00_58a.zip because of Roxio not seeing the drives.
Use pxengine3_00_58a.zip, download to a folder you make on your desktop, unzip it there, then click, pxengine3_00_58a.exe, reboot the pc and see if the drives are seen now.
