Roxio is in a loop. I get a message saying that the feature I am trying to use requires Roxio Media Manager.msi.

I am running Roxio Media Manager for Blackberry Desktop Manager 5.0 on Windows XP.

The file is not on my computer, nor is it on the installation media.

Cancelling the request, just causes the Windows Installer to pop back up and request the file.

Funny thing is that I wasn't using the software when this installation message popped up.

Any thoughts?

You would need to contact Blackberry - it is a modified OEM version and they are responsible for support.

Or you could download the source installer from here and then use winrar or winzip or 7zip to extract it to a location say desktop and when prompted by windows installer, point it to the extracted folder.

Not many users on here have that OEM software, maybe Blackberry has a forum like this one were you can interface with other users of their product, if not contact Blackberry it is THEIR software.
