I was running Toast 9.05 and it was working fine for me but the version checker said I should install 9.07. So I did. I am running Mac OS X 10.4.11 and the 9.07 version of TiVo Transfer will not run on my Mac! It says I need system 10.5. Well, Toast 9 is supposed to be compatible with 10.4.11 as far as I know. What gives?

Thanks for any insights on this.

I am finally getting a response from support about this. They asked me to produce a screen shot. I had to completely uninstall 9.07 manually and then re-install it. I saved several screen shots along the way. A clean install of 9.07 produces the same result: TiVo Transfer that is installed by 9.07 is useless on a Mac running 10.4.x. We'll see what happens next.

Hi Ed,

I can reproduce the issue and is currently looking into it. Can you please PM me your support ticket number so that I can provide you an update once I have more information?

Thanks

Ivan
