I have been able to transfer usable files using the Tivo Transfer beta but now Toast does not want to encode (or burn) two files that I have transferred from my Tivo. There are six programs from the same series, with the about the same file size, and I have been able to burn the first four to DVD. The last two just hang, without error messages, or any indication that the computer is doing any real work on the files. In one case I let the computer "work" on the encoding for four or more hours with no encoding process indicated.

I went so far as to check another program with a larger data file, loaded from the same network and it started the encoding right away.

I am at a loss for what the cause here is. Any thoughts or comments on where I should head next. I have the most recent versions of all the software, but maybe that is where my problem is.
