Thanks for the reply.. It seemed like every variation I tried in Toast 10 gave me the recompression failure.... I will try again and I will uncheck the Fit To.... selection.
I did finally get the job done by converting the video TS folders to mpeg2 files with another utility and then using DVD-Video in Toast to burn the two videos onto one DVD.
It wasn't a critical job but I really don't like that I had to go so far around the block and comprimise the video to get it done.

Using the Media browser to access the videos that are within the VIDEO_TS folder accomplishes the same thing as what you did for a workaround. There is no compromise to the video doing it this way because the video files remain in their MPEG 2 format and no re-encoding is required.
The VIDEO_TS compilations feature is something I've wanted to test out. It is a time-saver compared with extracting video before burning, so it would be nice if it always worked.
