Full Version: What serial number to use?

I am trying to install the software but can't figure out which serial number to put in. My serial number for Window 2000 is 25 digits, but the field only allows 16 digits. Am I missing something? Help.

You use the number that came with the software, not Windows. It should be on the inside of the box or on the CD sleeve.
Or if you downloaded it from Roxio you should have gotten it directly
