Hi,

I am a new user of EMC 8, having used version 4 very satisfactorily for many years. Some E mails I receive with photographs attached are, for some unknown reason, "Read only". Can someone tell me how I might change the format of the Jpeg photographs so that I can edit them on EMC?

Scroll to the picture in My Computer, right click on it, click on Properties, and uncheck the read only box.
