Where do I find the serial nr. and Authorization key to Peak 4.1
I buy the newest version of Jam with Peak, but I can find the keys to Peak 4.1 .

There are 2 separate keys - 1) for Jam and 2) for Peak.
The Peak key is a combination serial # and activation code.

If you bought a boxed copy, these are on the back of the CD sleeve on a sticker.
If you bought a download copy, these are in the email sent to you.

I'm having the same problems authorizing Peak-
after looking thoroughly through the email(s) I received ,
I still couldn't find the neccesary Serial # & Auth. Code-

Please help me figure this out!

Fingerman is right. It is likely the email was blocked by a spam blocker etc and the email did not reach you. Please check your personal email and the information has been emailed to you.

In your case, the Peak code was not dellivered. The issue is currently being looked at. I will forward the code details once the issue is resolved or the affected users will be emailed the codes directly.
