  1. I have a question that seems difficult for me to get answered on this site. I have the product "Roxio Creator MyDVD COMBO Plus Version 6.1.6" and it has been running into an issue recently. It first started with trying to import videos. When I tried to import any type of video, an error would popup saying "Roxio has encountered a problem and needs to close." So, I decided to reinstall it. When I did, it would install about 3/4 of the way and then fail saying "Error with writing to the database." Still, we tried the program to see if it works, but instead, it tries to open and then says "Roxio has encountered a problem and needs to close." Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I can't seem to find any information on my type of product on this site and whether I can upgrade to a newer version. Thanks!
