  1. I purchased this product a month ago and it was working fine, now suddenly for the past few days I get this error message every time I try to launch it. No solution was found. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, and unplugging the capture usb and running the repair. In the device manager it lists Roxio Video Capture USB twice for some reason and doesn't show USB 2861 Device. I have: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Dell Inspiron 620 Processor Intel® Core™ i5-2310 CPU @ 2.90GHz, 2901 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) I went to get support from Roxio and found they charge $25 for it. What on Earth for?

Easy Vhs To Dvd 3 Plus No Longer Works

Hi, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I unplugged the capture device, turned everything off, ran the repair, and rebooted. I'm still getting the same error message.
  5. I'm trying to convert my VHS home movies to DVD with Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus. I have a Stereo VCR but on my PC I only hear sound in the left speaker. I followed the installation instructions in the manual carefully, and the cables are all plugged in correctly. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thank you. * Sorry, I meant to ask this in the audio forum. I can't figure out how to delete this.

Thank you very much. I'll have to go out and buy a Y adapter (unfortunately I don't have one). I appreciate your help.

    Stereo Vcr Records In Mono

I swapped the red/white wires at the VCR end and the sound moved to the right speaker. I tried a different audio cable and the same thing happened. Dumb question, but if the VCR or capture device has a bad channel is there nothing to do but get new ones?
