  1. I am using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with NXT Pro 5. When trying to use Videowave, it keeps crashing. The simpliest thing I try to do is save the Production after dragging a video in to the layout section. As soon as I click "Save As" the program crashes twice and then quits. I have tried repairing twice (with the antivirus turned off) and have completely unistalled and reinstalled NXT 5 Pro, with no change in this behavior. I have copied the most recent error log below. Videowave Crash Log Name: Application Source: Windows Error Reporting Date: 9/5/2017 3:05:47 PM Event ID: 1001 Task Category: None Level: Information Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: Desktop-PC Description: Fault bucket 109077774497, type 1 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: VideoWave15.exe P2: 8.0.0.47 P3: 57c1a201 P4: KERNELBASE.dll P5: 10.0.15063.502 P6: c3955624 P7: c000041d P8: 000eb802 P9: P10: Thank you for any advice
  2. Rgc Pro Blank Sceen - Xbox One And Ps4

I purchased a RGC Pro for my son for Chirstmas. When I intially set it up, I was able to successfully capture the Xbox One. Now when trying to capture the Xbox or the PS4, I get either a blank screen on both the laptop and the TV or a No signal detected on the TV, despite hearing the sounds. Specifically, I have video and audio right up until I actually start the capture part of the software and then use video. If I then shut down the capture program I get video back on the TV. I have reinstalled the software as described in other posts. Additionally, as seen in the screen shot the RGC shows up in the sound, video, and game controllers and there are no devices listed under other. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. All connections are HDMI besides the USB to the laptop. Interestingly, when I went to delete some icons I got an Admin prompt (his is a limited account) and after closing the prompt I got video on both the TV and the software for a second or two.
  3. 8004520C Error

I used a Canon Rebel T3i to record my son's school Christmas program. Due to the length, it was split in to a four different files. I used VideoWave to combine and compress the original files (*.mov) in to one file (going from a total of 8 GB to 2 GB MP4 file). I then tried to use the MP4 file to create a DVD that could be given to my parents. When that failed, I again used VideoWave to convert the MP4 file to MPEG-2 (using DVD best quality settings). That conversion worked, but when I tried to use MyDVD to make a DVD using that file, it errored out again.
  4. 8004520C Error

I tried to an image file and to folders. Both gave the same result.
  5. 8004520C Error

I did. Nothing seemed relevant and the suggestions I did find (defrag/make sure drivers are up to date) did not help.
  6. 8004520C Error

I have a movie that I recorded using my digital camera. I was able to convert it to a MPEG-2 file (eventually). I am now trying to convert it/burn it as a DVD movie using MyDVD. When I tell it to Burn to Disc, I get an error saying "8004520c Error while Encoding Movie 1". Any help/suggestions would great. Specs: Windows 8.1 Creator NXT2 Core i7 870 Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 All drivers are up to date.
