I am getting a problem like I first encountered with my PS4. The screen is flickering or giving no signal at all as my Roxio Game Capture Pro on my PC. It did the same thing on my PS4. I disabled the PS4 HDCP and the capture is great. I am just wondering if there is a setting on my PC that is preventing me from capturing. It was easy on the PS4 to find HDCP, but I can't seem to find the problem on my PC. I can stream PS3 and PS4, I am just having trouble streaming PC. I would like to capture, Guild Wars 2 and Elder Scrolls Online on my PC. Any help with this would be much appreciated. I have an Intel hd 4200 graphics card, it's 4000 series anyways. I have a Samsung series 5 Ultra laptop is the PC. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I contacted Samsung support and had a live chat, they confirmed it is an HDCP issue, they have told me that this is a processor issue and HDCP, Intel determines it and my 2.5Ghz processor i5 core 3, will have this issue. Higher performance processors, it was said, should not have this issue. Samsung.

You guys led me to a Data Exection Prevention setting under This PC, System Protection, Properties, Advanced, Performance, Data Execution Prevention. Any thoughts on this setting guys?

Thank you for your help. I trust it is good advice. I will probably tinker with it to try to squeeze a personal little mini miracle. I like tinkering with computers. But over time, if i can't make anything happen, I will consider your advice on a stronger setup. The only thing that gives me that little glimmer to tinker is, it flashed working, then not working, then working, then not working for a good half hour like HDCP did on my PS4. Anyways, I appreciate you taking the time to reply to the thread, and I could use a stronger machine for streaming the MMO games on high graphic settings. Thank you.
