Sorry I was not aware posting in C2012 (I'm not really familiar with this forum yet :-() I found the error related item by searching and then did a simple "create new" because there was no useful information to cure it. However, finally the problem was fixed when I did an update of the display driver!

Without obvious reason my videowave seams to have problems to process any kind of photos and videos. I have upgraded the product from Creator NXT pro 4 to NXT pro 6 - same problem. I looked for Windows 10 video driver update - no option found. Can anybody help on this? PS: also existing old productions no longer work.

Sorry for confusion. I use both. Creator NXT 3 is ok, but the Roxio PhotoShow has the problem.

Actually the input is not the problem. When you enter the characters it looks ok, but if you store and reload the show (in Photoshow) it turns out that the characters entered are not replayed correctly as the replay seems to use the English character set only and some symbol characters appear instead of ÖÄÜöäü. Is there any other suggestion?

Thanks for the suggestion. But this is rather cumbersome for fluent text writing. I thought more about multi language support by the product?

I try to put text on the picture in German. The use of special characters like Ä, Ö, Ü does not work, I have to use AE, OE, UE instead which is very irritating in writing and reading. I have not found an option to change the character set. Is there any help??
