Outside of wiping a hard drive clean and installing it again I am lost by the simple "as re-installing it again". It is NOT working. I know "Record Was working I tested it and it worked great". The "Create DVD" always crashes. Never has ran. I am thinking I need to create a project BEFORE I use it? Sorry but all indications from Microsoft indicate saying that I somehow erased a system file "3d3x9_33.dll" from c:\Windows\System32 or c:\Windows\SysWOW64 Questions I have : 1) How to you want me to "uninstall" from Windows- Uninstall OR USE the Install Roxio NXT Interface used to "Install Roxio" 2) Can I do "a simple Roxio NXT 5 (without the "PRO" ) ? and just see if THAT works? HELP. I DO NOT GIVE UP EASILY !
